Terms of use

Who you are contracting with
This website and the QR code generation service on it are provided by QR Studio Pro ("QR Studio Pro", "we", "us"), trading as QR Studio Pro. By using the service you are entering into an agreement with QR Studio Pro. Contact: support@qrstudio.pro.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, generating a QR code, or otherwise continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement and, if you use the service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.
The service and plans
QR Studio Pro generates static QR codes from links, image links, or uploaded images, and exports them as PNG and PDF files. A free account may create one QR code. The Unlimited plan is a one-time purchase of €1.99 that removes that limit for the account that bought it.
Payments — Paddle is our Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Prices are shown in euros and may be adjusted at checkout for local sales tax or VAT as determined by Paddle. Payment, billing, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Our own refund terms are set out in our refund policy. Your Unlimited access is activated on your account once Paddle confirms the payment has completed.
Acceptable use
Use QR Studio Pro only for content you own or have the right to distribute. You must not use the service unlawfully; encode malware, phishing destinations, or illegal material; send spam or commit fraud; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; or interfere with the security of the service by probing, scraping, overloading, or circumventing technical limits such as plan quotas. We may remove stored images and block access for breaches.
Account responsibility
Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Limits
Uploads are limited to PNG, JPG, WEBP and GIF files of up to 10 MB. Only http and https destinations are accepted. Exports range from 128 to 4096 pixels. We may apply rate limits to keep the service available.
Intellectual property
QR Studio Pro retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your plan. You must not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.
You keep ownership of the links and images you supply, and of the QR code images you export, which you may use commercially. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely so that we can provide the service, and you confirm you hold the rights needed for us to do so.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment or a reversed payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem. You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support. On termination, stored images and account records are deleted in line with our privacy notice.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. QR codes that point at third-party addresses depend entirely on those addresses remaining online.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses — including lost profits, data or goodwill — arising from use of the service, such as printed material containing a code whose destination later changes or becomes unavailable. Always test a printed code before mass production. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms and will revise the date above; continued use means you accept the updated terms. Questions: support@qrstudio.pro.
