Refund policy

QR Studio Pro offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the €1.99 Unlimited upgrade. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address or order number from your purchase receipt, or email us at support@qrstudio.pro and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, normally within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, Unlimited access is removed from the account and it returns to the free plan; QR codes you already exported remain yours to use.
